The terms, in plain words.

AM.AI describes how the market, sectors, stocks and your own trades have behaved, measured against their own past. It describes what has already happened.

It is not advice. Nothing on the site tells you to buy, sell or hold anything, forecasts a price, or sets a target. We are not an investment adviser or a research analyst. Every decision you make with your money is your own.

Every number is worked out from market data after the market closes. Data can arrive late or contain mistakes. Where something is missing we say so rather than fill it in, and every page shows the date its numbers are for. We do not promise the numbers are complete or free of error.

You sign in with your email or Google. Keep access to that email to yourself. One account is for one person. You can delete your account, and everything under it, at any time from your account page.

A plan is a one-time payment for a month or a year of access. It does not renew by itself. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Refunds are explained on the refunds page.

Use AM.AI for yourself. Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it, resell what is on it, or try to get at another person's account or data. We may close an account that does.

AM.AI is offered as it is. We are not responsible for any loss from a trade or investment, whether or not you read about it here. If we are ever found responsible for anything, it is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may change these terms. The date at the bottom shows when they last changed, and a change that affects what you paid for will be told to you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
