Write to [to be added] from the email you sign in with, within 48 hours of the payment. We refund the full amount to the way you paid. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days.

The paid plan ends when the refund is made. Your free ledger stays.

A plan is not refunded after 48 hours, in part or in full. It stays open until the last day it covers. Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

Charged twice, or charged and the plan did not open? Write to us with the payment reference and we will put it right, whenever it happened.
